* Raef LaFrentz (1994-1998) (Woodling, forward; Mayer, bench; Bedore, bench). LaFrentz, at 6-11 and 235, had 2,006 total points, and averaged 15.8 points per game putting him at No. 2 on KU's all-time scoring chart. He shot .555 from the field and .712 from the free throw line. He and Danny Manning are the only two Jayhawks to break the 2,000-point barrier. He averaged 9.1 rebounds per game and had a total of 1,186 boards, giving him the No. 2 spot behind Manning in that category (Manning had one more.)

LaFrentz was also a two-time consensus first-team All-American in 1997 and 1998. And he was named Big 12 Player of the year in 1997 and 1998.

He was the third pick in the 1998 NBA draft, going to the Denver Nuggets and is now with the Dallas Mavericks.
