* Jo Jo White (1965-1969) (Woodling, Mayer and Bedore would all start him as guard). White was 6-3 and 190 and averaged 15.3 points per game, shooting .420 from the field and .733 from the charity stripe. He was an All-American in 1968-69, All-Big Eight in 1967, 1968 and 1969, a member of the U.S. Olympic Basketball Team, Kansas MVP in 1967, 1968 and 1969. He not only led KU in scoring in 1968 with an average of 15.3 points per game, but he also led KU to the NCAA Tournament in 1966 and 1967 and the NIT finals in 1968 and 1969. He went on to play 11 seasons in the NBA with Boston, Golden State and Kansas City. His No. 10 jersey was retired by the Boston Celtics.
